StudyStacks is a free study-guide site built by one high schooler as a personal project. These terms are short and plain on purpose — there's no legal team behind this, just a genuine attempt to be upfront about how the site works.
StudyStacks doesn't charge for anything, doesn't have a paid tier, and doesn't collect payment information. If that ever changes, it'll be clearly announced — nothing will silently start costing money.
Signing in uses Google or GitHub — StudyStacks never has its own password for your account. You're responsible for keeping your Google/GitHub account secure. You can sign out, or ask us to delete your StudyStacks data, at any time.
The study guides, practice questions, and AI-generated answers are built to be accurate and aligned with the Regents curriculum, but this is a solo project without a professional editorial team. Please don't treat anything here as a substitute for your teacher, textbook, or official exam prep materials — always double-check anything you're unsure about.
Features can be added, changed, or removed at any time — this is an actively developed personal project, not a stable commercial product with uptime guarantees. Saved progress is stored as a convenience, not a permanent guarantee; back up anything important to you elsewhere if it matters.
